MyPoint Plaza Fully Leased Prior to Construction

National Credit Tenants Commit to Midway District Development

December 15, 2025 — SDRE Advisors successfully completed the leasing of MyPoint Plaza, a ±15,000 square foot retail development located at 3777 Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego’s Midway District. The project is 100% fully leased prior to the start of construction, reflecting strong tenant demand for high-quality, service-oriented retail in this trade area.

The development is anchored by MyPoint Credit Union, which engaged SDRE Advisors to lease the project and will also occupy space within the center.

The remaining space is leased to two national credit tenants:

  • Pacific Dental Services (PDS), a nationally recognized dental services provider

  • Mission Pet Health (SVP), a national veterinary services operator

This tenant lineup emphasizes necessity-based uses that serve the surrounding community and support long-term stability for the project.

Located along Sports Arena Boulevard, MyPoint Plaza benefits from excellent visibility, strong traffic exposure, and proximity to major freeways, making it a compelling location for institutional-quality operators.

SDRE Advisors represented ownership in the leasing of the project and worked closely with the development and tenant brokerage teams to bring the center to full occupancy ahead of construction. Delivery is anticipated in 2026.
