Rancho Bernardo Town Center expansion now fully leased with Paris Baguette and Bushfire Kitchen opening in 2026

Rancho Bernardo, CA — SDRE Advisors is proud to announce the successful leasing of the newly completed ±5,200-square-foot expansion at Rancho Bernardo Town Center, featuring two exciting new tenants—Paris Baguette Bakery Café and Bushfire Kitchen—both expected to open in 2026.

The project’s anchor space, totaling approximately ±3,500 SF, has been leased to Paris Baguette, an internationally recognized bakery café offering artisan pastries, custom cakes, and hand-crafted coffee. The remaining ±1,800 SF plus patio has been leased to Bushfire Kitchen, a California-based restaurant known for its fresh, made-from-scratch comfort food and inviting family atmosphere.

The new building marks the completion of the latest phase of development at Rancho Bernardo Town Center. Boardwalk Development, the project’s developer, successfully delivered the expansion in 2025, continuing to elevate the center’s tenant mix and design.
