Peter Holker Wins Q2 2026 CoStar Power Broker Award

Peter Holker, President of SDRE Advisors, has been named a Q2 2026 CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winner for one of San Diego’s top retail leasing transactions.

CoStar recognized Holker for a 15,430-square-foot lease with a local gym operator at Rancho Bernardo Town Center. Holker represented the landlord in the transaction.

The quarterly awards recognize brokers behind the top commercial real estate transactions in each market.
